Every answer, with its source attached.
CoachKit is an agentic platform for strength and nutrition coaches. Ask it what your client just asked you. It answers from a curated library of coaching literature, cites every claim, and tells you plainly when the library has nothing.
Private beta. One email, no form.
Client’s 90 kg and cutting — how much protein should I set her on?
Between 1.6 and 2.2 g per kilogram of body weight per day is where the returns on lean mass retention flatten out, and the upper half of that range is the safer bet in a deficit.1
Three or four meals across the day is enough to hit it. The per-meal ceiling is higher than most coaches plan around, so there is no need to split it further.2

It won’t bluff
Every sentence comes from a passage it actually retrieved. When the library has nothing on your question, it says so instead of inventing something — so anything it does tell you is safe to repeat.

Answers arrive with the studies behind them. When a client asks where that came from, you send the reference instead of your reputation.
Ten seconds, not ten minutes
The material you have already read and paid for, searchable in the words you would actually use at nine at night, between sessions.
The interesting part is what it does when it doesn’t know.
I couldn’t find anything on this in the documents I have. I’d rather tell you that than guess — this one needs a source outside my library.
